Maple Glazed Bacon Wrapped Sage Apricots



This super quick appetizer is perfect for a cocktail party or just a sweet and salty snack.


24 fresh whole sage leaves

24 large dried apricots

Applewood smoked bacon, 8 pieces, cut into thirds

3 TB pure maple syrup

Wooden toothpicks


Preheat oven to 375º F. Place a sage leaf on each apricot and wrap with a piece of bacon with seam on bottom. Secure with a toothpick and place on baking sheet. Bake until bacon has started to crisp, approximately 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with pure maple syrup. Serve warm.
